Rep. Steve King said this about health care:
I could see why many would get upset about
his statements. He obviously has a perspective
they don't. I can only imagine he is thinking
about Medicaid, and other types of emergency
type of help people can sometimes get.
However, I don't quite know how emergency help
equates to "health care."
I don't know what the answer is to the current
dilemma, but what I do know is that when the
people who are making the decisions don't really
understand the perspectives of those they are
making the decisions for, there is a problem.
Please remember that the next time you are in
a position to affect those you are responsible
to/for.
