Sift together:
1c. wheat flour
1t. baking powder
1/4t. salt
1/4t. baking soda
1T. cocoa powder
Mix the following with dry ingredients:
1c. milk
2t. lemon juice
1 egg
2T. melted butter
Cook in waffle iron and enjoy.
Makes approximately 3 waffles.
Any remaining can be frozen.
